The Lebanon County Fatherhood Initiative (LCFI) was founded in 2005 to lead a community-wide movement to confront the problem of father absence.

There is a societal crisis in our nation which also effects our small community of Lebanon County. At this time there is no agency, governmental or non-profit, that addresses this serious dilemma. It is because of my personal and professional experiences in observing both the legal and societal biases against fathers and their children that I have decided to start a local agency that addresses this issue.

Lebanon County Fatherhood Initiative’s mission is to enhance positive relationships between fathers and their children and encourage cooperative parenting by educating, empowering, and encouraging fathers to stay actively involved in their children’s lives.
